With his extensive background in finance and systems, Matt Lescault takes the lead on global strategy and growth at TydeCo™. Driven by curiosity, challenge, and long-term impact, he is committed to building something meaningfully different through bold partnerships, deep problem-solving, and a vision that never stands still.

Joseph Frank has shaped TydeCo™’s service delivery since 2007, skillfully guiding CAAS, ERP, and automation with a people-first mindset. He seamlessly blends software expertise with empathy and structure, building trust, empowering teams, and delivering thoughtful solutions that serve not only clients, but internal stakeholders as well.

Jeff can always be trusted to bring sharp problem-solving instincts, deep ERP knowledge, and a uniquely strategic mindset to every client engagement. Known for his curiosity and hands-on approach, he expertly guides businesses to connect systems, uncover insights, and discover new opportunities through smarter, more integrated technology.

Madeleine is the group director for legal and HR. She was previously Senior Legal Advisor in Old Mutual’s Corporate Law Division. Prior to that, she was Programme Manager at Armscor for 15 years, responsible for the acquisition of logistic support for SA Navy vessels. She completed her BIuris and LLB-Degrees at the University of Pretoria and UNISA, respectively.

Becky joined the TydeCo™ family in 2020 and now leads our global marketing strategy. With over 23 years’ experience in the industry, she expertly drives brand visibility, demand generation, as well as alignment across regions, championing data-driven storytelling together with scalable systems and cohesive strategy to support long-term business growth.

Cornel is a Sage Intacct & Sage 300cloud certified consultant with specialised experience in systems integration and automation. He received his BCom in Business Management from Pretoria University and started his career at mining companies in Africa sub-Sahara as a consultant implementing Accpac. Cornel’s key focus is the implementation and support of Sage Intacct and Sage 300 (Accpac) at mid- to large sized organisations. He completed his 2nd Cape Epic in 2016.

Trish-anne Samuel joined TydeCo™ in July 2025 as Interim Finance Director, bringing extensive experience in financial management, strategic planning, and corporate governance. She leads with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach, translating complex financial information into clear, actionable insights. With expertise spanning finance transformation and process automation, she is focused on building a finance function defined by clarity, efficiency, and strategic alignment.

Cherise Godlo is the HRP Team Manager at TydeCo™, leading the Human Resources and Payroll consulting team since 2024 with a focus on accuracy, client partnership, and operational excellence. She leads with calm clarity and high standards, anticipating risks before they become problems and turning complexity into practical solutions for clients and consultants alike. Her goal is a team culture where excellence is the standard and clients feel genuinely supported.

With five years tenure at TydeCo™ so far, Talita seamlessly blends people skills with deep Payroll and HR expertise. She’s well-known for navigating tough audiences, building trust quickly and crafting clear, compelling solutions that empower clients to work smarter and lead with confidence.

Debbie brings deep expertise in accounting and payroll as both a CPA and Certified Payroll Professional. She is known for leading with empathy, building strong team relationships, and driving process improvements from client onboarding to proposal automation. Her approach blends curiosity, structure, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed.

Gabriela “Gaby” Mc Donald joined TydeCo™ three years ago as the first South African Assistant Controller, later moving into Project Manager and now Team Manager within the ERP Implementations Division. Drawing on her accounting background and deep system knowledge, she thrives on solving problems, from client queries to complex data migrations. She takes pride in closing out implementation projects that leave clients and teams genuinely satisfied.

Dennis Govender joined TydeCo™ in March 2026 to lead business development and pipeline generation, with a focus on building a scalable lead engine across TydeCo’s™ ERP and CaaS offerings. Bringing deep experience in the Sage Intacct ecosystem, he brings structure and clarity to every engagement, shifting client conversations toward business outcomes while setting clear expectations internally. He is focused on building a function that is predictable, scalable, and consistently delivers quality pipeline.

Tamsin Bradford joined TydeCo™ in June 2026 as Senior Manager: Client Services, UKIA, bringing over 20 years’ experience with Sage products across Africa and global markets. An inherent optimist who thrives on solving problems, she coaches her team to bring solutions rather than problems, driving continuous improvement across the client journey. She is focused on building a team that clients want to work with, because they deliver, and do it well.

Angel Gingery joined TydeCo™ as Senior Accountant in July 2025 and was promoted to Team Manager in July 2026, bringing a well-rounded background spanning construction accounting, public accounting, and consulting. Detail-oriented and always seeking efficiency, she leads with kindness, creating an environment where her team can do their best work. Guided by TydeCo’s™ values, she is driven by finding the “a-ha” moments that come from solving problems well.
