What if a grant uses a different fiscal year?

We’ve got you covered, as our systems manage grant timelines, regardless of the fiscal year, tracking activity per grant year for accurate financials and compliance. We do this by isolating revenue and expenses for reconciliation to provide organization and grant-based reporting views, and meet funder obligations without any disruption.

Do you help with reimbursement reporting?

Yes. We use tools like Sage Intacct to streamline reimburse processes, generate grant-specific reports, and track reimbursable activity from the get-go. Additional benefits include accelerated documentation and claim preparation and improved cash-flow and ream efficiency. This is all within the regulations governing national and international regulations, should your nonprofit receive funding from abroad.

Will you track labor and overhead by grant?

Yes. Our systems can be very specific when allocating labor and overhead to specific grants. Automation captures timesheet data and applies funder-approved methods to ensure accurate financials.
