What We Do

Connecting Critical Systems

We work to resolve broken handoffs between payroll, billing, and EMR systems, aiming to reduce manual input and improve auditability.

Labor Data Accuracy

We give departments accurate cost visibility per unit or funding source by linking payroll systems to time clocks and shift data.

Audit-Ready Allocations

Our integrated automations help to reduce compliance risk by mapping time, billing, and payroll to correct GL codes across entities.

Claims System Synchronization

We link billing, revenue, and finance tools so leaders can view claim activity by location or provider in real time.

EMR Integration Support

Our team facilitates direct integration with EMRs or biometric tools in order to synchronize clinical data with finance more closely.

Frequently Asked Questions

Healthcare Integration & Automation FAQs

We already have software, so why would we need this?

Most clients come to us because they already have software. The issue isn’t whether or not one has the tools, it’s more about how connected or disconnected those tools are. Clinics often rely on time clocks that don’t feed into payroll, or on billing platforms that aren’t properly mapped to GL. TydeCo™ resolves the crucial data handoffs between these tools, creating a complete and accurate picture across labor, revenue, and spend.

What makes this different from basic integration services?

Basic integration only pulls data, but ours maps logic. For example, instead of just passing time records over to payroll, we also match those hours to the relevant departments, shift types, and funding streams. That means finance teams can report accurately by unit or payer without needing to hand-edit reports. And, this is purpose-built for the unique healthcare data structure.

Can you work with our existing EMR or time system?

Yes. We’ve already built effective integrations with major EMRs and biometric platforms like Clinic Manager and MedEDI, as well as systems typically used in elder care and mental health practices. Where native APIs exist, we use them. Where they don’t, we configure connectors that can ensure ideal alignment between patient logs, time capture, and payroll.

How does this reduce compliance risk?

When shift data and payroll don’t match exactly, that’s when errors creep in, from billing overpayments to SARS violations. At TydeCo™, we work to eliminate manual rekeying by syncing data across time, payroll, and GL codes. This significantly lowers audit exposure and makes SARS and grant reporting much more accurate overall.

Who on our team needs to be involved?

Usually HR, finance, and operations are the key players. We handle the technical work, but first we need to understand your workflows. In one elder care group, we sat with the HR lead to map shift rules, then validated that logic with finance and configured the links accordingly. Our motto is always ‘Minimal lift, maximum relevance’.
