About Cassandra Langley

Cassandra has been pivotal in the creation of many internal processes. As a detail-oriented perfectionist, she’s always excited to learn new tech offerings, attain certification, and then use her know-how to provide technical assistance to staff. She’s so passionate about this that she “wants to learn everything” that will improve her skillset and her value to TydeCo™.

In fact, this passion is one of the factors that attracted TydeCo™. In turn, Cassandra was attracted to the flexibility, culture, and warmth for which TydeCo™ is well known. It’s where she feels like her input really matters and that the company has a vested interest in her success.

There’s one more area where Cassandra would like to have a positive impact. She’s tattooed, has multiple piercings, and is a big fan of colorful hair. It’s hardly the traditional image of an accountant. But she’s ready to challenge long-standing stereotypes.

Expertise

Cassandra’s interests are eclectic to say the least. She pursued degrees in BioChem, Ecology, Nursing, and Interior Design before settling into Accounting and becoming a CPA. Over a 10-year career, she has worked in tax preparation, payroll processing, and benefits management, but her primary role has been outsourced accounting.

Within outsourcing, Cassandra specializes in Law Firm IOLTA accounting. One of the reasons for this is her enthusiasm for puzzles, and Law Firm IOLTA presents itself as a puzzle at first. Her love for puzzles is also useful when difficult tasks that require strategy come her way. Untangling the threads and coming up with actionable solutions are among the reasons she loves her job at TydeCo™ so much.
