1. Introduction
TydeCo Ltd. (“TydeCo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (“PIPEDA”) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and safeguard personal information in connection with:

TydeCo Ltd. does not provide outsourced payroll processing services in Canada. However, during implementation or advisory engagements, we may access or view sensitive information solely for the purpose of providing contracted services.
We process such information only as required to deliver services and in accordance with our contractual obligations.
4. Purposes for Collection and Use
We collect and use personal information for the following purposes:

We require service providers to implement appropriate safeguards to protect personal information.
7. Cross-Border Transfers
Personal information collected by TydeCo Ltd. may be stored or processed outside of Canada, including in the United States, through our use of cloud-based service providers.
When personal information is transferred outside Canada, it may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is processed. We take reasonable contractual and technical measures to ensure that personal information receives a comparable level of protection when processed by third-party service providers.
8. Safeguards
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including:
- Role-based access controls;
- Multi-factor authentication;
- Encryption where appropriate;
- Secure cloud infrastructure;
- Confidentiality obligations for personnel.
While we take reasonable steps to protect personal information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with legal requirements, and to resolve disputes.
When personal information is no longer required, it is securely destroyed or anonymized.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. The version in effect at the time of collection or service engagement will govern, unless otherwise required by law.
