With over four years in leadership roles across the group, Jeff Ryan holds the position of Senior Director of Growth for ERP across the UKI and EMEA regions at TydeCo™. Formerly the Managing Director of AWCape, one of South Africa’s top Sage business partners, Jeff has played a central role in guiding the company through significant transformation and global expansion. His career spans project management, sales, and executive leadership that is driven by a deep curiosity and a commitment to delivering long-term impact in business.

Outside of work, Jeff is a dedicated father of two and a lifelong fan of fantasy novels and Marvel films. Whether running a half-marathon or hiking in the bush, he finds balance in nature and joy in new perspectives. His calm, honest leadership style and collaborative mindset continue to shape TydeCo™’s success across the globe.

Jeff’s specialty is in ERP strategy, finance system design, and complex implementation leadership. With a unique blend of technical fluency and business insight, his expertise helps clients successfully align technology to their operational goals, solving problems across finance and HR, as well as integration environments. He’s particularly experienced in guiding multi-entity organizations and high-growth businesses through scalable ERP rollouts.

As a strong advocate for listening before leading, Jeff excels at discovery, system scoping, and building trust-based client relationships.
